There was a mixup and the cleaner didn't arrive at the appointed time. But the administrator found a substitute who eventually arrived. Her work was excellent.

Bright star was super responsive and able to schedule a cleaning on pretty short notice to meet my schedule. They showed up on time and were able to get started quickly. The cleaning was excellent and I was able to go on working with minimal distractions. Would strongly recommend!

They were also punctual and I feel like I got a great value. I will definitely be using Bright Star Cleans services again.
I requested a deep clean and I am happy with the work. Alina was super friendly and helpful with coordinating everything. And Ana was fantastic. Very friendly, hard worker, and thorough. I can tell she took care of all the areas and issues I pointed out to her.
My bathroom is spotless. Oven is spotless. Kitchen and living room and bedroom are spotless. I have 3 large floor to ceiling windows. They are spotless!! No dust anywhere.
My apartment has a nice fragrance in the air from her cleaning. It feels clean.
I have very long hair so I shed A LOT. And my hair collects dust. So as soon as I walked inside my home I could tell instantly, finally all that hair is gone 😂

We base our prices on your square footage, to make sure that you have the fairest and most competitive pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An inquiry comes in and we first reach out to inquire about your square footage, budget, and cleaning priorities. We have all types of customers, some who just want a weekly cleaning, and others who want only a kitchen and bathroom deep cleaned monthly. We alter our prices based on your specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 40 years of experience in the cleaning industry and will continue to strive to provide you with an easy cleaning experience. Our goal is for us to take care of your cleaning needs, so you may spend more time with your family and friends doing the things you love!
