About
Brilliant Cleans started with a simple idea — cleaning should feel helpful, not overwhelming. Our team understands that life in New York moves fast, and finding the time (or energy) to keep a home tidy isn’t always easy. That’s where we come in. We serve a wide range of people, from busy parents and professionals to pet owners, older adults, and those with health considerations who need a bit of support around the house. Our approach is friendly, respectful, and rooted in consistency. We’re not here to promise perfection, but we will show up, listen, and leave your space better than we found it —every time.

Thanks for the great feedback Lisa!
So glad the responsiveness matched the clean itself! That combo is exactly what we're going for. Cassie did an awesome job on the deep clean, laundry, and organizing for Manhattan home. Thanks for the 10/10 and hope to see you again soon!

Thanks so much Carrie! Glad Cassie could help you kick things off right in Carroll Gardens! We'll keep the biweekly maintenance cleans going so it stays that way. Thanks for the trust and see you again soon!

Honestly, this was the easiest cleaning setup I’ve had. Booking was quick, the cleaner was chill and efficient, and my place felt way better afterwards. Will totally use them again when things get messy.

Looking forward to your next booking Monica!

I was looking for someone to fill in on short notice for a deep clean, as I was hosting an event the following day. I am a bit of a picky person, so I wasn't expecting to be as satisfied with the job as I was, especially at the price point I was quoted. Excellent value for the work done! I will be reaching out to them for more jobs in the future

Kyle and his team do a great job every time on our renter move out requests. They've had to clean some nasty stuff, but it's always done efficiently and in good spirits. Will continue using them in the future.
Brilliant Cleans Brooklyn's reply
Thanks so much Harvey! Looking forward to your next move-out😉!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. We charge based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning needed. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll chat about what you need, whether it's a regular cleaning, a one-time deep clean, or a move-in/out service. After each clean, you'll get a quick check-in to make sure everything met your expectations.
