Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. We charge based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning needed. Regular house cleaning runs at fair, competitive rates depending on your specific requirements. We offer 20% off your first clean so you can try our service risk-free, use code WELCOME20 during your booking. Deep cleans and move-in/move-out services are priced higher since they're more intensive. We're fully insured and cleaners can bring their own supplies if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll chat about what you need, whether it's a regular cleaning, a one-time deep clean, or a move-in/out service. We'll ask about your home size, any specific areas of focus, and your preferred schedule. We'll match you with one of our experienced cleaners who works in your area. After each clean, you'll get a quick check-in to make sure everything met your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive experience in customer service and have strong skills in communication, time management, and of course, cleaning! All of our cleaning contractors have 5+ years of professional cleaning experience and are thoroughly vetted through background checks. We're fully licensed and insured as a business in NY.
