- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we start by learning about the home and your priorities so we can recommend the right level of service. For first-time visits, we often suggest a deeper clean to establish a strong baseline. After that, we help transition clients into standard or recurring maintenance cleanings to keep the home consistently clean and easy to maintain.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Some of the projects we’re most fond of involve supporting clients during challenging times, including situations where loved ones reach out to us for help maintaining a home while someone is dealing with mental health struggles. Being trusted to step in during those moments means a great deal to us. The impact of a clean, reset space is often immediate—not just for the individual, but also for the friends and family who care about them—and that’s something we find incredibly meaningful.
