- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge any hide fees, we are a professional cleaning company. We charge what we do, we're not the cheaper company on the market but our prices are very fair vs our quality!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is totally different, so it means they have different needs, different homes, different families, different spaces.. We like to listen what customers need it then we make sure we can bring our best try to satisfy them!
