Cleanly are professional, punctual, pleasant, and hard-working! I had a big, detailed cleanup job in my basement, post-construction, and needed every inch and item cleaned and wiped-down. The business owner herself and a partner spent two days at my house, working diligently, asking appropriate questions to ensure that I got what I wanted. Before starting the job they provided a strategy and time-line which was very helpful, as my house was in disarray after the construction. I reached out to Thumbtack because I needed help, and felt relieved and reassured after we discussed the job, the approach, and the reasonable price. You have to trust people to give them access to your home and every belonging, and I thoroughly trusted that all they wanted was to do a great job. Without hesitation I highly recommend them and am so grateful for their help!

A truly great experience from start to finish. Zhanel was very responsive in setting up the appointment, provided an accurate quote. Nora showed up on time, did an INCREDIBLE job, and could not have been nicer. My bathtub was in atrocious shape and Nora made it look practically new! I'm totally satisfied and will be using Cleanly from here on out!

I loved working with Zhanel and Nora, the cleaner ! What stood out to me was the warm, kind and quick communication. That is so important to me. Nora, the cleaner, is an amazing professional. I highly recommend this service - not just for the quality of work but Zhanel provided seamless communication, sense of urgency, and understanding. I was very inexperienced prior to selecting her services and therefore could not provide very direct instructions for her associates. That being said, all I had to let Zhanel know was I wanted a deep clean - some items can be tossed, some items I’d like to keep. That’s all I said. With such little direction, her team was able to understand the extent to which I wanted the premises cleaned out, which items should be tossed and which items would be kept. It was so surprising to come back to the level of detail at which they paid space. I felt safe and un-judged and the team provided a level of professionalism that I felt 100% comfortable leaving to space for hours at a time. I’m deeply appreciative of Zhanel and her team and would highly recommend her services. She’s flexible and great at communication, her team was detail oriented and did not rush the project - also: she’s very fair in pricing compared to what others have told me. Thank you again to Zhanel and her team and I’ll be recommending her services both in my personal and professional life if ever needed.
