I cannot recommend this cleaning team highly enough! Kellee was incredibly responsive from the start, making scheduling fast and stress-free. On the day of the move-out deep clean for my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, Jeremiah arrived right on time and immediately got to work. I usually price on how many rooms and the amount of work I will be doing for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask a new client what is it that they want me to focus on when I clean thier home...Any special rules?. Sometimes they want to be home when I service thier home for the first time to probably see how I work and to let me know how they like things done. At the end ask them have I done what they asked?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in a very well known federal facility where I was given professional training and tips in cleaning for customers who will be traveling short to long distances on their product.
