Deiby was incredibly prompt and responsive from the beginning. She thoroughly described the process to me . She came with her husband. Despite the horrible weather, they made it. Everything was very nicely cleaned. Our main issue was the dust residue from renovation done in the apartment and they definitely got rid of that for me. They left the bathroom sparkly clean as well as the kitchen. I am very happy with the results. I love to support small family businesses so I was happy to choose them for my cleaning needs. I’m glad I did.

My apartment needed a VERY deep clean after my tenant moved out but I wasn't available to arrange everything in person. I scheduled with Fresh Home and they had great availability and hours, up front pricing, and were very communicative from the start. On the day of the clean they sent me before and after photos that were very detailed, and they also made a point to update the estimate for cleaning parts of the apartment that I hadn't originally thought about. I was so pleased with the work and was very happy that I hired them!
