My apartment is spotless! I requested a deep clean and Ultra Clean far exceeded my expectations. We had a hiccup initially due to a time miscommunication but that was quickly forgotten with their kindness and thorough cleaning of my apartment. I also had them fold laundry and am so happy with the results. I'll definitely work with them again.

I was really impressed with this cleaning company. They were able to come out the same day on very short notice, which was a huge help. I requested a deep kitchen cleaning. As a working mom, I was really looking forward to a full reset of the space. The cleaner arrived on time and was very polite and respectful, which I appreciated. She also did a great job organizing the cabinets and cleaning/organizing the top of the fridge, which I definitely noticed and valued. However, the service itself did not meet my expectations for a deep clean. Areas I mentioned such as behind the stove, inside the oven, behind and beside the fridge, and parts of the cabinets were either not addressed or only partially done. The floors also could have been cleaned more thoroughly. When I asked about cleaning inside the oven, I was told she didn’t bring the proper equipment and that it could be done “next time,” which was disappointing. If a deep kitchen cleaning is being scheduled, I would expect all necessary supplies to be brought, or for expectations to be clearly communicated ahead of time. Maybe I expected a lot, but when I requested a deep clean, I was thinking of a full top to bottom reset inside, outside, behind, and under appliances, along with a thorough floor cleaning. The kitchen is not very large, so I assumed this would be included. As it started getting late, it became clear everything might not get done, and I think it would have helped if it had been communicated that more time or another session was needed. Overall, while the professionalism, punctuality, and organization were appreciated, the cleaning itself felt more surface-level than a true deep clean.
