Quick response from first communication. Discussed problem. Sent photo of current faucet. My schedule didn’t allow him to come as early as his did. We settled on a date. Let me know his arrival time the day of. Arrived on time. Unfortunately I had the wrong connectors and had to replace. We set up another date. Again, confirmed the date and time. Punctual again! Got right to work, had to do a little more drilling, etc. to remove old connections. Thank goodness it went quickly and the new faucet was in! No more leaks, and the faucets now work smoothly. This was a very nice experience all around and, to me, a great value. I really appreciate it, thanks Ack!!!

Ack was fantastic. He was thorough, friendly, explained exactly what he was doing, and did solid work. He replaced two toilets for me, and I'm pleased with the results. Most noteworthy, he discovered a roach nest in the drain under a toilet he was replacing, and he calmly and kindly dealt with that unfortunate situation with some roach spray. I'm very glad I hired Ack and would be glad to hire him for another job.
