Lux Interiors handled the renovation of the first apartment in my home. Overall, the experience was mixed.
On the positive side, communication was professional and punctual throughout the project. The team was responsive, eager to work, and respectful of timelines, which was appreciated. All items that were explicitly stated in the contract were completed as agreed.
However, the overall quality of workmanship leaves room for improvement. In addition, their approach to the scope of work felt very literal: if a task or detail was not clearly and explicitly written in the contract, it required a formal amendment or a new agreement to proceed. While this is contractually correct, it resulted in a rather minimalistic execution and limited flexibility during the renovation process.
With improved attention to finish quality and a more proactive approach to common renovation details, Lux Interiors would be a great choice.
