Wellness Massages and Therapy by Esther
This was by far the worst massage I've ever had. I requested a massage with firm pressure and this was far from that. She played pandora music with advertisements, turned on the lights in the middle of the massage, then when I asked for firmer pressure she interrupted the massage saying she'd need to eat something before she could continue. This was all in an hour massage. All in all, extremely unprofessional.Apr 2, 2017Verified
Very polite and professional. My only wish is that she had a massage table to use versus laying on my bed, which for my neck injury wasn't natural position for my neck to be comfortable. I still would recommend for massage, just maybe not for injury specific.Sep 23, 2016Verified

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is pretty simple. It's between $ 70-80 an hour. I give discounts to recurring clients and for 30 or 90 minute sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I read up a lot about massages and study different techniques online. YouTube has some good videos but I read a lot about it as well and intend to study more. I also get massages frequently and watch how they give it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been doing computer work for many years as my first career and I slouched over a desk over 8 hours a day and went through a lot of stress. I realized that giving massages was my passion after getting several great ones and giving my friends amazing massages..I don't look at it as a job. It's my passion and I enjoy it and love giving them to nice appreciative people in need of a good solid massage. I'm glad that I found my niche and can help people as well!!
