Thank you to Mr Kelly and Top Notch for making my daughters prom a great night. The driver was friendly, prompt and patient as we were running late. I was relieved to know my daughter and her date would arrive there and home safely. I'll definitely be using Top Notch again!

Had a wedding at a place that did not have a valet. Got a quote from Top Notch and it was more than reasonable for a valet service. I had gotten a quote from somewhere else that was nearly 3x the price. I spoke with the owner of Top Notch who was very professional and always responded in a short period of time and set up all of the details. He walked me through what was going to happen on the day of the event and he delivered. It was a great experience on what could have been a really hectic day, and im glad it was one thing i didnt have to worry about. I would highly recommend Top Notch for your valet service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clients a flat rate based on time and distance of the request. We normally use a online system that will generate a accurate pricing when the proper information is given. Prices may vary due to vehicle class and request demands. But our standard rates are quite competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a estimate of the amount expected, then we'll send a invoice once the Client has agreed to our estimate rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our drivers have been trained by nys defensive driving courses every 2 years.
