Im so happy that I used this moving company. Georgiana answered all of my questions at no time. Jose went above and beyond to make it the seamless experience. They packed my furniture, disassembled some pieces, moved it, reassembled and asked me where I would like everything to go in the new apartment. TURN KEY EXPERIENCE! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best moving experience ever! Highly recommended! From start to finish the guys form Hapi Moving were outstanding! Communication with Geo was excellent, she was a huge support, answered a ton of questions we had before we scheduled our moving date, and checked in with us while we were moving to ensure everything was going smoothly. On the moving day the crew arrived as scheduled, with a spacious, modern truck. Jose, Eduart, David, and Horacio were extremely professional and did an excellent job carefully packing, wrapping, and securing our items. Did I mention they were quick? Amazing so! You could tell they had a developed a system and every member of the team knew their responsibilities. We had some challenging items to move such as huge (very very big!) indoor plants, but the guys knew what to do! We anticipated the moving to be very stressful and exhausting, and we heard horror stories from our friends about their unfortunate experience, but Hapi Moving made this day easy, and stress/pain free! Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Stefan and his team were quick, prompt, diligent, and handled our stuff with care and diligence. Their price was very, very, very reasonable compared to quotes we got from name-brand players in NYC. We were moved out in 4 hours (3BR) and moved in in 2! You can tell by how they packed, wrapped, and disassembled our stuff that Edward and his crew have had years of doing this. We can't say good enough things about Hapi Moving except they live up to their name. We don't want to move again but will definitely do it with them again if that's what the future holds.

Had the best loving experience with the crew. Punctual, polite and a big help during the move. Helped us dissemble and assemble the furniture and even bought their own materials to make sure none of our belongings were harmed while moving. I would recommend them for any moving that anyone needs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum for an hourly job is 3 hours.
We provide COI`s at no additional charge.
No fees added for credit card payments.
When paying by credit card all charges will be processed 24h prior to the moving date.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing contact we will take a survey of your home by phone/video call or in person depending on the size of your move and circumstances.
Next step will be providing you a quote by e-mail explaining all the charges and procedures.
The sales representative will go over the estimate with the customer to ensure that he understands the quote.
If the client agrees to go forward a $100 0refundable deposit will be taken.
The client can cancel/postpone the move with 24h notice, otherwise the deposit will be forfeit.
A confirmation department will confirm your move prior to the moving day.
During the moving day you will receive a notification in the morning prior to the crew's arrival with the ETA and their info.
Upon completion the manager will contact the client prior to the crew leaving to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied.
Next day, client will receive a quality control follow-up by e-mail/text or phone.
