I’d rate them 10 stars if I could. I have a ton of valuable art, architectural / finicky furniture, and giant plants that break if you look at them wrong. These guys didn’t only get all of that moved unscathed, but did the move same-day. Absolute legends. I’ll be recommending this company to literally everyone I know in the NYC/BK area.

We had such a great experience with Pro-movers. From the moment they arrived, the team got straight to work, no confusion, just a smooth and organized process from start to finish. Once we got to the new place, they asked where everything should go, reassembled what needed to be put back together, and made the whole transition feel seamless. Nothing was damaged, communication was clear the entire time。
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and efficient moving company.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company. The team was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They handled everything with care, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized. What stood out most was their willingness to go above and beyond—they helped remove garbage I had left behind and even disposed of old furniture I was discarding from my previous apartment. Their understanding and flexibility made what could have been a stressful move much easier. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused moving company. Excellent service from start to finish!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the move, distance, and services needed. We typically charge an hourly rate for local moves and provide flat-rate quotes for long-distance moves. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Packing services, stairs, long carries, and specialty items may affect pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about your move, including locations, inventory, and timing. Based on that, we provide a clear quote. On moving day, our team arrives on time, protects your items, and completes the move efficiently while keeping you updated throughout the process.
