I love to help people make discoveries and find things within themselves they didn't know they could do. I want to help you find a deep rooted power and energy within yourself through a Vinyasa based flow and marrying breath to movement. I am very focused on working with you on your goals, and finding exactly what you are looking to gain from our sessions. Your satisfaction is most important to me. I am passionate about helping others and the work that I do. Yoga is very intrinsic and meditative activity and is something you can do for life. Yoga has personally helped me in many different ways in my life, specifically dealing with back pain/injury and more grounding in my life, and I love to bring those benefits to others.

I'm a yoga beginner and have signed up for private sessions. Jenna is an excellent instructor- very kind, patient, and easygoing. Provides specific instructions and pays special attention to ensure you're doing each pose correctly, which I appreciate greatly. Very happy with Jenna.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable. I have package deals and I have an introductory price for your first lesson.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to sit down with you and discuss your goals. Talk about your previous experience and what you are looking to get out of our sessions. I also am very allignment focused, which helps with overall strength and toning as well as preventing injuries.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my 200 hour yoga teacher training certificate from New York Yoga in NYC through the Yoga Alliance and a 50-hr AromaYin training from The Giving Tree. I teach around the city and in Astoria. I've been practicing yoga for 10 years.
