- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the vehicle size, condition, and service selected to ensure every car gets the level of attention it needs. We offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Heavily soiled interiors, excessive pet hair, stains, or odor removal may require additional time and cost. A small travel fee may apply outside our standard service area. We occasionally offer first-time customer promotions and maintenance plans for recurring clients. Our focus is on delivering high-quality results, not rushed or low-cost work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, we ask a few quick questions about your vehicle, its condition, and your location to recommend the right service and provide an accurate quote. After that, we schedule a convenient time that works for you. On the day of service, we arrive fully equipped with water and power, complete the detail on-site, and walk you through the results to ensure you’re satisfied before we wrap up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professionally trained and certified through First Choice here in New Jersey, with hands-on experience in proper detailing techniques, interior deep cleaning, paint correction, and surface protection. Our training focuses on using the correct tools, products, and methods to deliver safe, high-quality results on every vehicle. We continue to refine our process to stay consistent, efficient, and detail-oriented with every service.
