- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and the service chosen. Some cars need a basic cleaning, others require deep detailing, stain removal, or restoration. I keep pricing transparent, fair, and customized — no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few quick questions about the vehicle and the services needed. Then I schedule a time that works for the customer. On appointment day, I arrive with all equipment and supplies, perform the service, and walk the customer through the results to make sure they’re fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed professional training in auto detailing, interior sanitation, stain removal, paint care, and mobile detailing setup. I also stay updated by learning new techniques, tools, and products through workshops and certified detailing programs. My experience working hands-on with different vehicles—from daily drivers to luxury models—has helped me build strong skill, precision, and consistency in every service I provide.
