It was a great experience for someone that is getting back to their normal life before covid. I started a new industry after the pandemic and didn’t add my new job of 3 years. I am a busy person. I would advise the next person to read his instructions. I would have liked for him verbally put more emphasis on the 3 edit rule. The color was my only issue but I think I am able to edit it so no big deal. I did give him the freedom to design how he see fits. Anyway hire him and you will be one step closer to your next career.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My keynote and group training sessions vary depending on the size of the audience, the preparation time, and the the travel time.
My public speaking coaching sessions are priced by the hour. The number of sessions is determined by the client and how much further the client wishes to grow as a speaker.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For keynote addresses and group training sessions, I inquire about the client's goals for the event, conduct additional research to address the topic, and then I customize my presentation to meet the needs of the audience.
For public speaking coaching sessions, I use a self-assessment tool to learn more about the client's goals and needs so that I can customize and personalize the coaching sessions. I use my trademark Rules of Engagement to help my clients move from confident to charismatic.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Speech Communication.
I've conducted research on public speaking and communication to author my book "The Rules of Engagement.
As a six-year Toastmaster and International Speech Contest competitor, I have learned more from experience and from being coached than most other professionals.
