I never write reviews, however, today was different. My beloved aunt passed away, and today was the last day to retrieve her items in her apartment before the management team discarded them. I was desperate to find a mover day of skilled in moving heavy furniture into tiny, meticulous spaces (e.g., passenger elevators, hallways, narrow doorways) while carefully handling the heavy furniture pieces (e.g., glass tables & antique furniture). Initially, I had reservations because I didn't think My Nr1 Moving truck would be big enough, but he assured me it would and not to worry. He was kind, professional, detailed and punctual, all the necessities required to make an emotional process easy to manage. His rate is fair, and they worked efficiently and carefully. I'm so happy we met because little did they know My Nr1 Moving would be my go-to for jobs moving forward, and this move was only temporary to the more significant move.
