My experience with Relentless Moving from start to finish was superb! I needed an antique furniture set moved from NYC to Connecticut. Leo was able to give me a reasonable quote within minutes. I was not able to be at the pick-up location, and he and his team were able to work with me regardless. The deposit that Relentless Moving asked for to lock-in the moving date was minimal. I received an email confirmation with all the details almost immediately after making the deposit. The day before the move, they sent me a reminder. The morning of the move, they reached out again. My mind was at ease because of the outstanding communication. They showed up on time, and wrapped each piece of furniture extremely well. This company is not only professional, but also takes great pride in their work. This is evident throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. After reaching out to several other moving companies, I am beyond happy that I went with Relentless Moving. Their responsiveness, work quality, professionalism, punctuality and value are second to none!!!
