- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every price is negotiable. Don’t hesitate to ask for a reduction in price. Also, every client get an automatic 5% off on their next move with Relentless Movers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure i listen and answer any questions they might have. Make the client aware of how we’ll execute the move. I keep them informed of our ETA’s or whereabouts every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training in proper form while handling heavy items.
