Nothing but glowing reviews for this company. I have a decade worth of experience moving around annually in nyc. I've DIYed it, as well as used multiple moving companies over the years. This is best of all of them - the movers were super helpful, reliable, and professional. They totally just handled with ease and grace what would have been a stressful process. Definitely the best value for your money: other nyc companies tout "affordable" prices but they *always* had hidden fees involved added to the original quoted price (moving a bed too? Let's charge another $100). This is an immigrant owned small business, and the owner/mover has many years of experience working for expensive moving companies, so you can feel good getting that standard of practice at a bargain price!

I inquired 8LENE to move a couch for me on a Friday from my friend's house to my house. They said they could do it on Sunday. On Sunday they were supposed to arrive between 9-930 am. Come Sunday at 8 am, they told me they needed to be paid in cash. I did not have cash and would not be on site when the furniture was delivered but could pay with Venmo or check. At 8:10 am, they told me they should have told me earlier and they will have to pass on the project. Their response was quick however the miscommunication was disappointing.
