Alex been answer question promptly. We have arrangement over memorial weekend and everything done on Tuesday. We are very happy with the way the taking care of our stuff, especially the way they handle piano. This is the main concern for our move. They been doing such an amazing job unseeable and reassembly my bed and closet. It took total 4.5hrs to finish everything but they’ve never take a break. They start the time when they got into your apartment not building. Am strongly recommending Alex team, very calm, knowledgeable on assembly and responsible. Can’t thank them more for job well done.

Could not have had a better experience. Crew was professional and willing to go the extra mile. They arrived on time, meticulously wrapped all of my furniture, loaded and unloaded without any issues. I will be using them again and highly recommend Alex & team.

I utilized Family Moving for my move. I would highly recommend them. They arrived on-time, were efficient and expedient. The guys took great care of my items including wrapping, dissembling/reassembling beds and placing my items were I needed in the new location. The price was fair and the work was excellent !

Alex and his team members were perfect for this job. They arrived on time and instantly began working. They were careful with my furniture and ensured it was moved properly. Given the 4 flights of stairs they had to move my things, they were very efficient. A really great experience, I’d definitely work with Family Moving Inc again!

Family Moving was amazing - couldn't be easier! They arrived at my house, packed up everything i wanted into the truck and wrapped all the furniture. The dropoff was just as easy, and they were able to accomodate a move on to a 3 floor walk up on a narrow street. They even offered to reassemble furniture I had taken apart myself. Overall great easy and professional service, would absolutely recommend or hire again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both fixed prices and hourly rates
Hourly:
2 men - $90/h
3 men - $100/h
4 men - $120/h
Hourly rate includes: Labor, Truck, Gas, Parking meters, Moving blankets, Tape, Dolly, Furniture Disassembly/Reassembly, Packing and unpacking service (if requested)
Hourly rate does not include: Tolls, Our boxes, Mattress covers, Piano moving (additional charges will apply)
Regardless of the amount of stuff, we have a minimum of 3 hours working time + travel time to come to your place or to come back to our base (whichever is greater)
Fixed Price:
Please go to our website and fill up the "Request Quote" form. As soon as we receive your request, we will send you our agreement along with the fixed price for your move.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our teams pride themselves on the following rules:
● Always be courteous to the customer and respectful of the client’s belongings.
● All furniture is to be packed promptly and securely.
● Any furniture that requires disassembly will be disassembled and reassembled at the new place
● Work at a fast pace with no fuss.
