I'm not one to write reviews, but this was hands down the best moving service I've ever used. The movers were friendly, kind, respectful and easy-going. When they initially started moving my stuff out, they realized that my bed would have to be taken apart, for it was too large. They did this and rebuilt it in my new apartment, for an extremely reasonable additional cost. We were also accidentally locked out of the apartment for almost an hour, during which they waited patiently despite the delay. I can't imagine a better service and recommend this to anyone in need of movers.

Needed to get a few large items from one apartment to another (the second was a 4th floor walk-up). Jaja and his team did a great job moving things/disassembling/reassembling and helping install things for me. They were flexible, communicative and friendly. Plus the job was done in under 2 hours. Very pleased!

Such an easy moving experience! They were very prompt (even a little early!) and super responsive and easy to work with. The movers helped place the items exactly where I needed them and were very careful with everything. Would definitely recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience with Jaja and Great Service Moving. We moved a large, multiple-piece couch from an apartment on the Upper East Side to one in East Harlem, and also had a couch moved within our building. They provided everything, including transportation. The pricing was very reasonable and they notified us of any price changes or additions up front, which you don't always get! Throughout the entire process they were happy to answer any questions and were extremely communicative. Oh, and the service was FAST but still very professional. Truly within an hour we had this huge couch picked up and delivered and our old one out of the apartment. Would definitely recommend working with this service. We are already planning on calling them back for a move this summer!

Niko and Cam were great. The piece that I needed moved was far heavier than any of us anticipated and they still managed to make it work without a hitch. This included the 2.5 hr drive to the destination and back again. I would recommend Great Service Moving anytime.
