For those of you who have special handling needs, we offer full expert packing, crating of antiques, and fine art, as well as special handing of your valuable office or home computer equipment. Our movers will take exceptional care while moving all of your household and office items. We offer you free use of our professional wardrobe boxes, and we provide free basic insurance coverage for your possessions as well. Our crews are always polite and courteous, and can safely pack and transport even your most fragile items.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our charges start from the time we arrive at your home until the move is completed plus travel time fees (1/2 hr for a Brooklyn move, 1 hr for a Manhattan move, 1 hr for a Bronx move, and 1 hr for a Queens move). Our hourly rates include moving pads, tape, and wardrobes for hanging clothing. Our minimum charge to come out for a move is 3 hours. We provide 5% off for us veterans. We also offer onsite surveys for more exact pricing or flat rates. For more info you can call us or visit our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pretty smooth actually! All we would need is your move information and dates when you want to move and we can schedule your move with one of our experienced crews. Generally the more information we are provided with the more precise we can be with our pricing. (ie pictures of your items, flights of stairs if any, or disassembly/reassembly.
