I made the best choice with Andrew. As an older woman, I worry about hiring workers in my home. This wonderful guy came within 90 minutes, moved all furniture I needed safely and without a scratch. Would hire him again in a heartbeat, he is professional, kind, and of excellent character.

From the initial request for moving help, Owlhaul was responsive, communicative and detail-oriented. Leading up to the move, Owlhaul reached out to confirm details, and the day before sent a final confirmation. On moving day, Owlhaul arrived early and the entire day- from moving out of one apartment and moving into another- was a great success. We will use Owlhaul again and highly recommend their services. Andrew was great to work with. He came on time, handled our things with care, and was flexible whilst working on a busy New York City Street. He even did multiple trips without complaining and unloaded all our items past his contracted time. I would highly recommend his service.

Very nice experience, he was super attentive and got the work done quickly. He is very friendly, I would highly recommend him to your friend and family. He carried 6-7 luggages up 4 flights of stairs in NY heat, tipped him well and I would use him again for my future move.

I believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. The final price depends on the size of the job, travel distance, and any special requirements. I’m always happy to provide an estimate before the work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions about the move, including photos, pickup and drop-off locations, stairs or elevators, and any heavy or fragile items. After that, I confirm the price and schedule, arrive on time, complete the job carefully, and make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work completed over many successful moving and delivery projects. I continue improving my skills by learning better packing, lifting, and furniture protection techniques.
