- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only extra fee is for Tolls and brand new boxes in case the client needs some for packing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we ask information about the job as: 1. Check availability for the client requested date 2. Pickup and drop off address(stairs or elevator on both sides) 3. A detailed list of items(important as we need to know how big the truck should be) 4. Client decides either to do a flat rate or an hourly rate 5. If the Customer decides to take an hourly based rate we give the estimate for the job, based on above information. 6. Do the booking with the client 7. In case the client needs a COI for the building they send a request for a sample to the building management. 8. Based on the sample the broker generates the COI. 9. We email the COI 3-2 days before the job.
