Guys showed up early, got out bed broken down wrapped and stowed in time to let us pack more stuff we hadn’t even intended to bring. We had everything done in less time than we thought possible and for a very reasonable rate.

Sergiu was great and always super responsive in all communication prior to the moving date. The moving itself was done by 3 guys. They showed up a little late but once they arrived I could see they knew what they were doing and were very efficient with all the packing and moving. Everything was very well protected in blankets, tapes and plastic. At the new apt, they unpacked the furniture, assembled bed and all and put everything into place, just as it was before, TV, nightstands, chest, even the rugs, which was nice. Nothing was damaged. It was a nice job.

After having hired Moving UR Way to do my move weeks prior, the night before they started to mess with my booking. Even though my move was just a few doors down, I have a lot of stuff, so I decided it was best to find another company at the last moment. I reached out to a few businesses and Redhat stood out to me. They were not once pushy and were up front and fast with all information. We arranged the appointment for the next morning at 10am.
At 945am I messaged them to make sure they knew my apartment number but they were already out front. They came in, assessed the job, completed the paperwork and promptly started at 10. They gave me proper expectations, asked questions about my things and preferences and took care with each step. After 30 minutes of eagle eyeing their work, I felt comfortable and didn't feel the need to any longer. I felt so thankful that I didn't go with the other company because I have had my share of moving nightmares.
There are 3 price points for movers out there. The ones that are TOO affordable (you get what you pay for), the mid-range and the absurd gougers. Redhat falls in the middle of the 3 and is worth every cent!
Sergiu and his partner were fantastic. I'm so grateful to have found them on such short notice. If I move again (hopefully not anytime soon!) there is no question who I will choose. I recommend them 100%!

This is was my first moving and these guys made it a very pleasant experience. It took a little bit longer than I expected, but I didn't know I have so much stuff in my closets. They came in on time, worked very hard and really really quickly. I appreciate that they didn't try to slow down the process intentionally. Also, I have been impressed by their professionalism, their approach to clients and how they handle their job. My stuff was safely packed, transported and then unpacked. It is intact, no scratches or damages. I am very happy with my choice, and if I ever move again (and I wish I don't), I would definitely choose them. Totally recommend.

I found this company to be extraordinary. They were right on time and had professional moving equipment and supplies. They worked quickly while treating my possessions as if they were their own. In other words, they were experienced and knowledgeable. They had protective gloves and masks, an unfortunate and necessary reality with the virus spread. They also helped me out by assembling new computer desk and a new bed frame for me. They courteously told me “that’s what we do”! Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only extra fee is for Tolls and brand new boxes in case the client needs some for packing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all we ask information about the job as:
1. Check availability for the client requested date
2. Pickup and drop off address(stairs or elevator on both sides)
3. A detailed list of items(important as we need to know how big the truck should be)
4. Client decides either to do a flat rate or an hourly rate
5. If the Customer decides to take an hourly based rate we give the estimate for the job, based on above information.
6. Do the booking with the client
7. In case the client needs a COI for the building they send a request for a sample to the building management.
8. Based on the sample the broker generates the COI.
9. We email the COI 3-2 days before the job.
