My pricing reflects the level of personalization, education, and long-term results I deliver. I offer single-session rates for maximum flexibility, as well as discounted packages (5, 10, or 20 sessions) for clients who are committed to deeper transformation. There are no hidden fees — everything is clearly outlined during our initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a comprehensive consultation to understand your goals, health history, lifestyle, and preferences. Based on this, I create a fully personalized program that combines nutrition strategies, training plans, and habit-building tools. Together, we track progress weekly, make adjustments as needed, and focus on building results that are not only visible but also sustainable.
