- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. My pricing is not complicated, however, the $250 fixed price for my nutrition plan is a monthly quote. It did not give that option. Most of my packages are 3-6 months so the fees will be reflective on a monthly basis. For the Thai massage, I base the fees off of the length of session and the additional information that comes through Psychic Channeling. My hour sessions are $160+ tip 90 min session is $225+ tip and 2 hour sessions $275+ tip. All sessions include Health History consultation, and a herbal blend drink that I make to hydrate clients after session. Each massage is truly unique and customed to the clients specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first and foremost conduct an initial health consultation for both my massage and Thai clients. I then ask a series of assessment questions which help me gage the clients unique needs better. Afterwards, I set the appointment with client once they make the choice to move forward and an additional complimentary 30 minutes is given to first time clients only! Moreover, clients are given thorough description of service and client expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I received my Board Certification from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners in 2009. Additionally, I received my Thai Massage certification from a group training class in Brookln New York by Gary Osbourne
