We offer planning service for weddings, social events (bridal showers & bachelorette parties), personal events (birthday & anniversary celebrations, family reunions), as well as corporate events (company galas & retreats, grand openings, church banquets.... etc). We service Tri-State NYC, Long Island, Northern New Jersey and available for Destination Weddings.
We also offer rental items for events.

About a month and a half before my 100 person, loft wedding, my mother panicked and (rightly) told me that I needed a Day of Coordinator. She went online and found a few that I called for impromptu phone interviews. I was unsure how to make sure that I was getting the right person so I asked for a few samples and references from everyone. Janelle of Kayla Belle was the only one who got me what I was requesting, made me feel like she was actually listening to me about what I needed/wanted and provided great references.
She was available for all of my emails and calls and foresaw things that I had no idea I needed/wanted. Seriously, there were all of these things that I didn't even think about and, as Janelle kept saying, "Don't worry about it, we made it happen."
There is a LOT that goes into a loft wedding as we have to bring in all rentals, linens, decorations, flowers, etc and Janelle coordinated everything. She even brought an assistant to help, knowing that I had bitten off more than I could chew. On the day of, though, everything went swimmingly and it was literally all thanks to Janelle. I think my wedding would've just been a series of tables in a corner with flowers haphazardly strewn about if it hadn't been for the most amazing person in the world, Janelle.
If you are researching wedding coordinators and have been lucky enough to come across my review, please halt your research now and just go with Janelle. You will not regret the decision. Thank you, Janelle for the best day ever!

My name is Zakiya and I had the pleasure of having Janelle and the KaylaBelle events staff coordinate my wedding day in Negril this past August. I had heard and seen pictures of Janelle's previous events, and was thrilled about the opportunity to work with her. We began planning in January last year. My plan has always been to have a destination wedding and I was excited to see how she would help design my wedding. I had a strict budget and she worked well within it. She listened to my ideas and expanded on them exponentially.
Janelle is the most attentive coordinator I've ever worked with. She was available via phone or email. She always checked in on me an helped tremendously when it came to contacting the resort. Our wedding party consisted of 50 guests who flew to Jamaica t celebrate with us. She made everyone feel welcome and was there to answer all their inquiries about the resort and the wedding ceremony. Every single guest marveled at her work ethic and loved her attention to detail. She made me feel so at ease, and allowed my husband and I to enjoy our wedding day to the fullest.
I fully recommend KaylaBelle Events to plan your special occasion; whether it may be a birthday party, baby shower or wedding. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I are so very appreciative of the services Janelle (from Kayla Belle Weddings & Events) provided for us on our wedding day! Her care, support, and level of professionalism allowed for a very smooth and organized event. I practically planned and organized everything the way I wanted it to be. However, had Janelle not been present bright and early that Saturday morning...my dream wedding would not have played out the wonderful way it did. With a party size of 315, she pulled it off effortlessly.
We met Janelle at a bridal showcase. We were entrants in a raffle. Surprisingly enough, our names were pulled and we were awarded her services as our "day-of-wedding coordinator". It was like a blessing in disguise. Our wedding day was the same date as her son's first birthday. Nonetheless, she spent the day making our day the most memorable one yet. I can't care that it's cliched to say "my wedding was a dream come true". It really was. I wish the same feeling for every bride.

Janelle worked wonders at my wedding. My wife and I were very happy with her services. Her experience and professionalism helped to make the entire occasion smooth. I contacted Kayla Belle Weddings and Events 1 week before my Mother's 70th Birthday celebration. From the moment of our first consultation I knew it was the best decision I could have made.
