Carol Ann cooked delicious food for my event - a luncheon bridal shower. She arrived on time and was well prepared. She was flexible and creative as to how the food was presented. Her team left a clean kitchen. She was a complete professional .

Carolann was an awesome chef for a dinner party for me and my 15 friends. We had a fantastic four course Italian dinner. She even got a standing ovation from all my friends at the end of it :) am planning on hosting another one in a few weeks with her!

Upon my travels to Italy, I was fortunate enough to spend my last night in the company of old friends who delightfully had arranged a private dinner before I departed for London the next morning. Provided to us was some of the best of the local produce, wonderfully prepared, fresh and left little to be desired. Carol herself was a most personable women, very professional and affable. My last night was a mixture of rich conversation, sensational food (and one to many alcoholic beverages). Highly recommended - Mr A. Sahin
