I absolutely love Carol's cooking! She has a huge range of dishes that have unique flavors and combinations along with more traditional meals that are all equally delicious. I'm a particular fan of her use of pork belly! Not to mention, she can always work around any dietary restrictions, allergies, etc and still make an excellent meal for everyone.
