Hi! I’m Camila Rinaldi, a private chef based in NYC. I create thoughtful, elevated meals for dinner parties, small events, and micro-weddings — the kind of experience where your guests feel cared for and everything is cooked with intention. I’m not a banquet caterer. I work best in spaces with a real kitchen (home kitchens or venues with full kitchen access) and typically serve up to 50 guests. We learned so much from Chef Camila in our lesson! Knife skills as well as general cooking knowledge and how to combine and substitute ingredients. We truly enjoyed our time and the food was delicious! She helped us gain the confidence we needed in order to follow a new diet my son needs to follow for health reasons and this made it less overwhelming.

Chef Camila provided an exceptional experience to my guests and I. She is organized, highly responsive, and her timing is impeccable. Chef Camila’s food was absolutely amazing and she even shared some of her background with Michelin level experience and the private dining realm of the food industry.
