Cooking was something that always came natural for Chef Jeffrey Long, growing up watching and help his grandmother cook Sunday dinner & on holidays, he would cook dinner for the family on the weekends & baked cakes for the fun of it. By the time he figured out what he wanted to do with his life, he realized that he wanted to cook. As a young cook having opportunities to work under various popular chefs through out NYC, honing his culinary skills, Jeffrey wanted more. A graduate of the International culinary center Jeffrey decided to launch Fine Cookery . His love for tailoring bespoke dinners for his clients and their clients which led to the creation of his concept "Fine Cookery”

What can I say! Chef Jeff was phenomenal. Professional, polite, and very considerate to our small dinner party of 12. From the appetizer, main entree and dessert me nor my guest had any complaints! His take on peach cobbler, I could eat it over and over again. I’m looking forward to booking this amazing chef again soon. 10/10!
