The Chef Wes Experience was amazing! My fiancé and I hired Chef Wes to do a late Valentines day dinner for us and we loved it. Chef was very personable and down to earth. We felt very comfortable having him cook for us in our home. He went above and beyond to decorate our dining table for the occasion and even provided a playlist to complement the decor. The food was delicious and each course (3 in total) was perfectly paired with a cocktail/wine. We definitely recommend Chef Wes for any catering or private/personal chef needs and will not hesitate to use his services again in the future.

The food was very delicious, Momma's love gave use so much extra food that we had loads leftovers. All of our guests at our baby shower was pleased with how the food tasted.

I hired Chef Wes to cook up and intimate dinner for my sister and husband as an anniversary gift. They loved the whole experience! They told me the food was excellent and he provided more than I had requested as a bonus. Printed a nice menu and even brought flowers. Thanks so much for making it such a memorable night!! Will definitely hire again!!
