SOUlutions by Sue were exceptional in advising /assisting my dad to downsize from the large family home he had lived in for more than 40 years. Sulena and her staff were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, from sorting through his belongings collected over the years, and working him through the emotional attachments he had towards some items through the minimalization process, including packing and moving out. They helped him determine which belongings were essential to keep and which ones were no longer necessary and through loving understanding explained how those items could be beneficial and repurposed for use by someone else. Sulena shared information about several creditable charities that could repurpose the no longer needed items to needy individuals and families. The SOUlutions team allowed him to select the charities of his interest and assisted in scheduling the pick-ups/ collections. In addition, Sulenas expertise as a Collectibles Advisor was noteworthy, with suggestions on how and where to sell items of high-end value which created financial gains to assist in his transitioning to a less cluttered lifestyle and his retirement investments. Her attention to detail and organizational skills made the whole process smooth, seamless, and less stressful than we anticipated. When it was all completed; my father, felt a sense of relief, satisfaction, and no remorse, confident he had all the essentials that really mattered for his new lifestyle. I highly recommend SOUlutions by Sue to anyone looking to downsize; their services are truly professional, impeccable, and invaluable.
