Introduction: I've been in the fitness industry over 20 years. I’ve had a true passion for fitness as long as I could remember. I am a NPC physique competitor, and winner of 2019 NPC New Jersey Powerhouse competition. My training method is science based. I specialize in weight loss, muscle development, speed, agility, and quickness training, strength and power training, and functional training. I am NCSF personal trainer, and speed, agility and quickness certified. I am also well versed in nutrition, (personally vegan), but can modify specific meal plans to satisfy individual needs.

Dmitri is an incredible trainer. I’ve never been able to work with someone that was as professional and knowledgeable as him. I always feel like I had great workout whenever we meet and his ability to work around my injuries never makes me feel like I’m pushing too far. On top of all of that be offered me a very fair deal. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
