Introduction: Fitness for Life is an idea that I have for a fitness organization. It is in the works, and by that I mean it is only an idea. I have plenty of them. Coming out of Cortland State University, I graduated with a physical education degree in 2012.
I have been teaching in the NYC Department of Education for the past two years as well as officiating men's basketball. Both are passions for me, but I have been gradually gaining an obsession with fitness and nutrition.
That being said, I am now pursuing my physical training certification and am a couple of months away from being certified.
I truly believe that I am ready to begin training any individual who is willing to begin becoming healthy through physical fitness.
