Pulling from a variety of methods and new trends in fitness, I create custom workouts that constantly challenge the body and keep clients engaged. Outlets like NBCNews, Men's Journal, Bustle, Thrillist, InStyle, and Allure have featured my workouts and wellness tips. I try to make each session as fun as possible. Be prepared for jokes and lively banter. Any given workout with me will include components of: Weight Lifting, Agility Drills, Core Work, Muscular Endurance, Cardio, Metabolic Conditioning, Interval (HIIT), Kettlebells, Mat Pilates, Components of Yoga, Running, Speed Work, and Body Building I pride myself on providing my unbridled attention and utmost professionalism, and not to mention, a fun time to all of my clients. I know that working out can be a drag, which is why I try to make each one of your workouts enjoyable and entertaining. You will constantly be exposed to new exercises and routines complemented by your friendly, supportive, and instructional trainer.

I had an amazing month long routine with John as my very energetic trainer. The exercises were always exciting, new, and challenging as I also appreciated that it was tailored for myself as I was dealing with a pretty hardcore injury. In a span, we were able to achieve great objectives as well as strengthen my knee which has helped me get back into shape for work, as well as bring my cardio to a whole new level with his continuous motivation and push!

I've worked with trainers on and off over the past 10 years and never had a trainer that I actually wanted to continue seeing for a long period of time until I started working with John. In full transparency, I used to be a colleague of John's back when he was in corporate America - and when I was looking for a trained, I remembered that he had made this career move - so it was a no brainer to reach out to him. John's positive attitude, pleasant sense of humor, reliability, and intelligence are all factors that make him "not your average trainer." It made our sessions enjoyable, even when he was kicking my ass to help me achieve my goals. I'm super pleased with the results I got from our time together - tightening up, increasing strength, and learning how to structure workouts - and people around me were noticing the difference in my body as well which is always an added bonus. 10/10 would recommend

John is an amazing trainer! He keeps it upbeat, always challenges me in our workouts, and motivates with energy and humor. Since April we’ve been doing Zoom workouts and they have worked out even better than I expected. I highly recommend John if you’re looking to stay fit or get in shape.

John is the best trainer I've had. Very knowledgeable, trains to your strengths, will consistently adjust as you progress and makes the workouts fun. He is extremely patient. I was not a fan of working out but I've learned to enjoy it again thanks to him. I am currently on track to meet my fitness goals and I'm looking forward to continue doing so with John.

I was an athlete in high school and haven't worked out in well over ten years, so I was nervous about jumping back into a workout routine. I have worked with John for just a few sessions and my endurance and strength is already improving. He learns your strengths and works you hard but is always supportive; even on the weeks we didn't meet he reached out to encourage me in solo workouts and healthy eating. I haven't had someone hold me accountable to a more active lifestyle in a long time, and it feels good to have someone invested in my health. John is personable and professional and I'd recommend him to anyone (even when he made me pay dearly for a late-night taco bender the night before an early-morning workout).

    Individual sessions start at $90/hr Packages can be purchased at as low as $75/hr

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The first session is an assessment in the form of a workout to determine your cardio, strength, balance, coordination and flexibility levels. Sessions are typically in an hour format that include •A Guided Warm-Up/Cardio Session •Workout Program/Routine •Cool Down/Stretch. Options outside of an hour are available depending on program
