I was searching for a personal trainer with a few goals: learn how to lift weights with proper form to avoid injury, gain strength to support healthy aging, create a consistent gym routine, and weight loss. I worked with Junise for over a year and I was able to accomplish everything I hoped to with her. She taught me proper form that helped me to move effectively to get the results I was looking for. She coached me through a program that helped me to see consistent improvement in my strength. I saw a big reduction in the amount of injuries I experienced in daily life. My glutes have never looked better 🎉. Her partnership in keeping me consistent and accountable helped me to feel more confident over time as well because I trusted myself more and believed I could do the hard work. All that, plus she is funny and keeps me laughing through the challenging lifts. I highly recommend working with Junise!

I began working with Junise a couple months before my wedding to tone up. Junise delivered- creating and maintaining a consistent program for me to build muscle without bulking. I've continued working with Junise as I continue to see and feel results that keep me committed month after month.
