Coming off an injury, I came to Kareem on guidance on how to get faster and stronger. In a short period of time, he was able to translate my goals into a 30 day workout plan. After the 30 days, not only have a reached my maxes prior to my injury but I also was able to build a lot of muscle mass while cutting off my love handles. I had my love handles for about 6 years. As a former athlete, a person whose trained with several other trainers ...Kareem is coming for the top spot. So far it has been an amazing experience working with Kareem. Caters to his clients needs and really knows what he’s talking about. I have a couple bad injuries that limit the exercises I can do from he molded my entire workout around it. Very understanding of my busy work schedule as well. All in all Kareem is the best trainer around and I would recommend him to anyone!Feb 8, 2020
