- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on personal training sessions based on how often you train per week. We include nutritional coaching with our training at no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial phone consultation to understand your fitness goals, talk about our training program and iron out details on scheduling. It's during this call that we will place you with the best trainer on our team based on your needs. During your first session we perform a fitness assessment to see where your current strengthens and weaknesses lie and from here we develop a fitness program to match your goals and where you are on your fitness journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are personal training certified by an accredited institution. We also carry liability insurance and are CPR/AED certified in the event of an emergency. Many of our trainers also carry additional certifications.
