I hold a W.I.T.S. certification and considers myself a fitness enthusiast with a passion for health and exercise. I feel that exercise is a lifestyle that should be fun and challenging. Working through my own struggles, I went from being over 200 lb to being a figure competitor. I know firsthand all of the challenges people encounter through unhealthy sedentary lifestyles. With the right guidance, I passionately believe anyone can reach his/her fitness goals.

Hired MS Wonder Fitness as a personal trainer, she's been wonderful. She's punctual, customized work outs to help me achieve my fitness goals and is clearly very knowlegeable about physiology. She started me out at a pace that was comfortable for me and gradually increased workout intensity and diversity of exercises. She has been very diligent about demonstrating each exercise and explaining which muscle group I am working while assisting me in achieving proper form. She is extremely warm and very professional. I highly recommend her. Ms.Kay

Lisa is extremely professional and has a great passion for her work. She's very accommodating in schedule. She may make you work hard but it's worth it.

Although it has been a few days. Working with Lisa, she is absolutely amazing, extremely affordable, very down to earth and very understanding. She knows her stuff, and I like the fact that she struggled with weight loss in her lifetime giving us an automatic bond. I will post a future review on how my results.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I prefer for clients to pay for at least three sessions but can do a session to session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My first sessions we would go over health and goals.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    After I had my daughter I saw my self in the 2 pictures I put up here and it was a wake up call. Slowly I took off over 100lbs by myself thru many ups and downs and errors but never gave up. I took this career path as a trainer to share my knowledge and inspire others because I know how hard it is to start and how much harder it is to keep going.
