Kristian is not an ordinary trainer. He is smart, motivational, thoughtful and transformational. I first met Kris at the gym in July, when he approached me with some helpful tips in correcting some mistakes I was making while lifting weights. I was so impressed with his knowledge I decided to train with him on a trial basis. I became hooked and have been training with Kris consistently 2 times per week for the past 6 weeks and I must say, that I am extremely happy with the progress I have made so far. My goal is to loose weight and develop lean muscles and Kris has been my saving grace. He is a wonderful trainer and a delight to work with. With Kris, there is no room for boring". He is innovative and smart about fitness. His routines are never dull. They are always 'fresh'. He makes every workout different , interesting and challenging. Do not expect to do the same workout every session, but expect to get a full-body workout every time. He utilizes every equipment in his training sessions, ranging from sandbags, to kettle bells, to free weights and he pushes you to do your best. Kris believes that one size does not fit all. He shows you different ways and levels of doing the same exercises. Bear in mind you will never get bored' but you will work hard and smart to achieve your fitness goals. Since training with Kris , my workouts are no longer routine, I incorporate what I learnt from him on the days I do not train. The funny thing is I never looked forward to going to the gym, but I love what training with Kris is doing to my body and that keeps me motivated and going back for more. So if you are serious about getting healthy and achieving results. Kris is your Guy.

Kristian is a MOTIVATOR who ignored my longstanding dislike for working out and reminded me that I am capable of accomplishing whatever I put my mind to and he has a keen sense of what is needed and when. We spent our first session doing a thorough review of my fitness level, analyzing my posture and range of motion and in doing so I learned how I could improve my posture and get the most out of our sessions and avoid injuries by using proper form. I am motivated by his love for what he does and his commitment to his clients. 2 months of Personal Training with Kristian helped me fit into this seasons holiday wear without the Spanx. Improved my upper body strength and endurance and although I have a ways to go I am proud of what we accomplished. I have found it hard to eat whatever I want without wondering if it would pass the Kristian Guy test of healthy eating and as a result have cut out a lot of unhealthy foods from my diet. Thank you Kristian for being patient with me and making the workouts fun and challenging. You were stern with me when needed and eased up (although not enough) when that was what I needed. I would recommend Kristian Guy as a PT to friends, family and co-workers.

Kristian is great to work with. He sat with me to discuss my goals and is continuously giving me the support and tips to help me get there. He knows my goals and accomplishments and he always has a new workout he's busy putting together, keeping the training sessions fun and exciting.

Kristian was very thorough and stern with his training yet he had compassion with his clients and myself. I'd recommend him to anyone and I can't wait to get back in there with him!!

Kristian was great to work with, and I would definitely recommend him to others. He was able to pinpoint the areas I needed to work on and structure workouts that addressed just the right things. He presented different and interesting new workouts at each session which will give me a lot to work from going forward. And - sessions were fun!
