- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge extra for pick up and drop off. And you get 10% off once you use my service for the 8th time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dealing with a new client, the only thing I have dealt with, which is pretty common is, when the client leave some times the dog acts out or just sitting by the dog crying. And I sit right by the door with them and pet them to let them know I’m here and everything is ok.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I didn’t go to class and get a certificate to what I do. I have a lot experience, I I dealt with dogs that has a lot of energy, I also dealt with dogs that takes medication. I dealt with all type of dogs and handle every situation with grace and determination to get the job done.
