I received a bachelor’s degree in music and philosophy from Brandeis University; a master’s degree in piano performance from Mannes College of Music; and a professional studies certificate from Manhattan School of Music. I started my piano studies at the age of four. Early on I began to perform and participated in competitions, taking top prizes at NEPTA, MMTA and was also a finalist in the 14th Chiang Wen-Yeh International Young Artist Piano Competition. During my undergraduate studies I won the school’s concerto competition, and was twice selected to perform in Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, both times as a winner of the American Fine Arts Festival. I have also participated in piano festivals in New York City (The Beethoven Institute; International Keyboard Institute and Festival), Austria (Mozarteum International Summer Academy), and England (Oxford Philomusica) and have received masterclasses from Richard Goode, Frank Wibaut, Mia Chung, Marios Papadoupoulos, and Nelita True.

In September of 2020 I prepared a solo live-stream concert at the Soapbox Gallery in Brooklyn. More recently in January of 2021, I prepared a vocal/piano recital with two mezzo-sopranos Carla Canales & Olivia Vote. It was also produced at the Soapbox Gallery.
