FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our up to date pricing can be found on our website by following the "prices" link.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers generally visit our website to understand our business and to register and schedule an appointment with our application online, using the "contact" link on our website. Any questions can be directed to our email or our phone line. We have several technicians on staff to help you with questions. At our first visit we get to know you and your piano so that we can provide you with exactly the services you are looking for. If any unexpected issues arise with your piano you can expect that we will speak with you first before moving ahead with any work that will cost beyond what your initial expectations were. We want to make sure you understand the entire process and feel 100% confident that you can trust us to have your best interests and the bests interests of the piano as our primary concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are either Registered Piano Technicians with the Piano Technician's guild or members working on achieving this status. The prices of various technicians reflect their individual levels of experience. That aside, you can expect high quality work and accountability from everyone, no matter their level. Everyone on staff is committed to learning continuously. We meet weekly as a group to learn about new concepts and techniques.
