Great job! I've got an old beater of a piano that, nonetheless, is capable of brightening my day when it's in tune. Michael did an astonishingly careful and thorough cleaning under the keys, lubed the pins, and tuned it up beautifully. Professional, skilled, personable, highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about Integral Pianos and Michael, specifically. This review is long overdue! A few months ago, my family got a piano for free from a neighbor, and it was in bad shape. Michael replaced all of the keys, sanding each key individually so it would all fit perfectly, vacuuming neatly as he went and tuning the piano, which was old and slightly damaged, to make it a great, playable like new piano for our family. He spent hours in our home, it was a HUGE job, but was so sweet and polite the entire time, even when my little kids badgered him with questions! And even though it took longer than we all thought it would due to the condition on the piano, he stuck to the original quote which is unheard of nowadays!! Look at these pics - it was a total transformation…thank you again Michael!!!

Michael did a great job tuning my Piano. It was is very poor shape but after he finished the tone and pitch were spot on. Michael took the time to explain what work was needed during the initial inspection and was very patient with my hundred of questions. I strongly recommend him because of his professionalism and competency. My piano sounds great now

Michael walked in on a dusty, 61 year old, uninspected piano and not only made it sound lovely, but gave me some very helpful information about the tuning and care process. Thanks again!

Michael did a phenomenal job tuning my piano. This particular piano has had some bizarre modifications done by the previous owner, and Michael concisely walked me through the entire process. It sounds great now. I would highly recommend him and will use his services again in the future.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspection of piano (included in price if you do service or tuning, also a charge for checking a piano you're looking to buy or if a piano cannot be tuned) - $50-120 depending on location.
Regular tuning - $150. If pitch correction is necessary, we discuss the best solution on site.
Full cleaning inside - $75 Upright, $125 Grand
All maintenance and major repair jobs are performed at the shop. Action is taken and returned when done, usually within a week. Tuned right after installation. The cost is determined individually depending on what piano needs.
Treating tuning pins with pin tightener to better hold tune(piano is laid on back, if upright, and each tuning pin is serviced with special liquid, usually temporary solution, even though very effective in most cases) - $350.
Changing the tuning pins(advised) - determined individually.
I take cards, Venmo, Zelle, cash, Apple Pay and more. I always do my best and if a customer needs a lot of work on their piano I always provide some sort of discount so we can make sure the customer receives the best outcome! Discount of 10% applies to all Seniors and Veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Decide a good time, come see the piano, and discuss everything important before starting. I am always honest and reasonable about my work, and do my best to make sure customers get the best possible outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was taught by very talented tuners and technicians, including my father, whom I still ask for advice every time I’m not sure of something. I have only began providing service for clients instead of dealers only when I felt confident about my abilities and when my tuning was complimented by some of the best professionals I have ever encountered. I have worked on hundreds of pianos now, and I am excited for more!
