- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cancelation Policy requires notification via text, call, or email 12 hours prior home/virtual session or 24 hours prior studio/gym session in order to not be charged. If client does not meet policy requirements, they will be charge the full amount. A discounted rate is available for remote/virtual services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients fill out a health history form to list goals and any past/present conditions or injuries. I will communicate with the client to discuss any details, preferably before the first session. The first session includes a quick visual evaluation and then through exercises, I will evaluate their form, strengths and weaknesses. If new to the training, the first session will be going over basic foundations exercises of the training. Sessions will be based on their current goals, abilities, and form.
