I worked with Christine for two years as a client for private Pilates instruction. Christine is a gem. She is engaging, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and a delight to spend time with. I highly recommend her as a Pilates instructor -- and I have no doubt she would be a superb personal trainer, too.

I've been working out with Christine for over 3 months now. I started working out after a very long gap. Christine is mindful of this and has been working to build up my fitness level over time. She is kind but firm when it comes to work out sessions. She keeps a keen eye on my form and execution during workouts. I look forward to my sessions with her and would highly recommend Christine.

If I was allowed to pick the additional two categories (value and punctuality), I would select those as well. I would also add to those categories that Christine is inventive - gearing training to a client's (my) particular needs. Beyond responding to one's particular goals, Christine's insight keeps one engaged. As someone who is not naturally inclined to exercise, Christine makes training sessions fun and something to which one looks forward. Lastly, she also provides exercises that one can do at home or on trips such that one's conditioning can continue. I highly recommend Christine! If I still lived in New York, I would continue to see her (as I did ) four times a week!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Cancelation Policy requires notification via text, call, or email 12 hours prior home/virtual session or 24 hours prior studio/gym session in order to not be charged. If client does not meet policy requirements, they will be charge the full amount. A discounted rate is available for remote/virtual services.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Clients fill out a health history form to list goals and any past/present conditions or injuries. I will communicate with the client to discuss any details, preferably before the first session. The first session includes a quick visual evaluation and then through exercises, I will evaluate their form, strengths and weaknesses. If new to the training, the first session will be going over basic foundations exercises of the training. Sessions will be based on their current goals, abilities, and form.
